Entering Registration Codes into Time and Attendance Plus

You will receive a registration code from TSMTS Software when you purchase Time and Attendance Plus. When entered correctly into the software this code will remove the 30 trial period. Time and Attendance Plus registration codes are generated from a combination of your company name, the number of licenses you purchase, and your required employee database size. This tutorial gives you a brief run-down on how to enter your registration code properly into the software.

  1. Within 2-4 weeks of purchasing Time and Attendance Plus you will receive your permanent registration code. The code will be delivered in an email and the registration code will look something like the following:

    Here are your registration details:

    Registration Name: Johnson Medical Center
    Number of Employees: 75
    Client Connections: 2
    Registration Key: Q1D7VH-MWQWYX-M4DNTF-QTGGZN-2Q9335-NU16FG

Note: The registration name used will be the company name you entered when you purchased the software. You MUST enter the name exactly as shown in the email, even if you spelled the name incorrectly or the capitalization is wrong.
  2. Reading the registration code email you will now be asked to log into Time and Attendance Plus as the adminstrator. Then go to the Help->Registration screen that can be found from the main menu.
  3. You can now copy and paste the registration code details from the email into the appropriate fields on the registration screen. When done correctly using the license details above the registration screen should look like the following image.

  5. If you are happy that you have entered the details correctly then you can go ahead and click the Unlock Software button. If the registration is successful then you will receive a message telling you. If you receive no message then you have entered the details incorrectly and must try again.

NOTE: This registration information is just an example, you will need to enter your own registration details when you receive them via email.
