The punchcard report shows the clock in and clock out timesin pairs along with the time between the events. Items edited or created by the administrator are tagged with the (##) symbol.
Just like all the reports in Time and Attendance Plus you can view this report in a number of ways. The Export CSV button allows you to output the report to a comma delimited text file that can then be imported into various spreadsheet programs. The Export TAB button allows you to output the report to a tab delimited text file, again for importing into other programs. The Export to Excel button will start up Microsoft Excel and output the report directly into Excel. The Print button can be clicked to print the report.
