
What is Time and Attendance Plus
Time and Attendance Plus is a computer program that is compatible with Windows 98/Me/NT/2000/XP/2003 and Vista. It provides companies with an easy to use employee time and attendance and basic payroll solution. Time and Attendance Plus will:
- Maintain records for up to 75 employees and track their time and attendance information. Capability to track up to another 150 employees is available for an additional fee.
- Enable your employees to clock in and out using a simple employee list or by employee/badge number.
- Allow you to collect your time and attendance information at multiple computers while being connected to a single database. This allows you to centralize your payroll data collection.
- Allow you to track attendance to the nearest second but allows you to round the information to suit your payroll policies.
- Account for salaried and hourly paid employees.
- Automatically track time by the day or week, apply loadings by shift, and calculate daily or weekly overtime.
- Generate reports for your payroll department showing hours worked, vacations taken, sick time taken, overtime worked, and gross pay.
