Employee Status Report

The employee status report shows the status of each employee as either clocked in, out, or never clocked in. If there is a note attached to the last clock in/out event this is also displayed.

Output Options

As with all reports in Time and Attendance Plus you can output the report in a number of ways. The Export CSV button allows you to output the report to a comma delimited text file (that can be imported into various spreadsheet programs). The Export TAB button allows you to output the report to a tab delimited text file (again for importing into other programs). The Export Excel button will start up Microsoft Excel and output the report directly to an Excel worksheet. Click the Print button to print the report.
