What are Bulletins?

Bulletins are a way of sending messages to your employees from within Time and Attendance Plus. You'll need to be logged in as the administrator to access employee bulletins. Then you can access employee bulletins from the Tools & Options->Employee Bulletins menu.

What's the Point of Employee Bulletins?

They'll help you to improve your internal company communications. For a lot of companies whose employees do not have access to a PC or email it is an extremely easy method of communicating with your employees electronically. Bulletins can help reduce wasted time and improve efficiencies by targetting your communications exactly or company wide. All you need to to is add a bulletin, target it to the correct employee or employees, and they'll be shown your message the next time they punch in or out of Time and Attendance Plus.

Adding a Bulletin

Click the button to add a bulletin. You'll then be shown the Edit Bulletin screen.

Editing a Bulletin

Click on the bulletin you want to edit in the bulletin list and then click the button to edit a bulletin. You'll then be shown the Edit Bulletin screen.

Deleting a Bulleting

Click on the bulletin you want to delete in the bulletin list and then click the button to delete a bulletin.
