Adding a Time

Clock in / out times can be added using the Edit Employee Times screen. This screen allows you to enter the punch date and times, add a note as required, and classify the time (normal, sick time, vacation time, or other).

Setting Date / Times

The time and date select boxes can be used to set the punch times. Note that various checks will be made to ensure you dont add punches that cover already existing data.

Hours Added

Total time for the time to be added is displayed by the hours added label.

Classification

The classification field allows you to set the type of the time you are adding. This is particularly useful if you need to add vacation or sick time.

Adding a Note

Free form notes can be added to times using the note field.
